2.1. We sell audio equipment including speakers, amplifiers, accessories, and related products both online and in-store.

2.3. Stock levels change frequently. Online product availability does not guarantee in-store availability and vice versa.
2.4. Dawg Professional Audio may limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing
3.1. All prices listed on the website are in samoan tala (WST) and include taxes where applicable.
3.2. Prices may change without notice.
3.3. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at that price.
4. Online Ordering
4.1. Orders placed online are considered offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Dawg Professional Audio.
4.2. Order confirmation is issued via email once payment is successfully processed.
4.3. Dawg Professional Audio reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:

Stock unavailability

5. In-Store Pickup
5.1. Customers may order online and collect products at our physical store.
5.2. Orders must be collected within business hours – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, unless arranged otherwise.
5.3. Identification and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
5.4. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded at Dawg Professional Audio’s discretion.
6. Shipping or Delivery
6.1. Shipping or delivery to any location is unavailable for any product ordered online via the Dawg Professional Audio website unless discussed otherwise.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
7.1. Refunds are strictly not offered for any purchases, whether made online or in-store. This applies to all products, including speakers, audio equipment, accessories and clearance items.
7.2. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
7.3. Exchanges are permitted only under the conditions outlined below.
7.4. To be eligible for exchanges, items must be:
In brand-new, unused condition
In original packaging with all accessories
Free from damage, wear, or modification
7.3. Dawg Professional Audio reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
7.5. Exchanges are only eligible within 7 days of purchase.
7.6. Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence are not eligible for return.
7.7. Exchanges are limited to items of equal or greater value.
7.8. If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
7.9. No store credit or cash difference will be provided if the replacement item is of lower value.
8. Warranty
8.1. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only, unless otherwise stated.
8.2. Warranty applies to manufacturing defects, not damage caused by:

Incorrect installation
Accidents or liquid damage
Normal wear and tear
8.3. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
8.4. Dawg Professional Audio may repair, replace, or refer the item to the manufacturer at its discretion.
