We specialize in all aspects of sound. From the smallest of bluetooth speakers, to the rattling 12-inch subwoofers of cars, to large-format sound systems capable of concerts, Dawg Professional Audio objectively supplies the largest available range of audio equipment locally in Apia. The early release of this website means that we are working hard to add our professional arsenal to the website. However, all models, features, and pricing of our entire bluetooth equipment is readily available and can be viewed as of now on our website.

Most definitely! All browsing and purchasing can either be completed online or viewed in-person at the Radio Polynesia building, Savalalo. Our opening hours are from 8am to 4pm.

No. All online orders must be paid for online before pickup. We do not accept any in-store payments. However, customers are able to purchase in-store without making an online purchase.

Simply add your desired product to your cart, complete the online checkout, and select the in-store pickup option. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation message.

This depends on product availability and store hours. Eligible orders will display the option for same-day pickup at checkout.

Delivery, Returns and Warranty

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID. If someone else is picking up for you, let us know ahead of time their full name – and ensure they also bring a valid ID.

At the moment, we only offer in-store pickup.

If your order has not been processed for pickup yet, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted within our stated return window as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. Please check our detailed return policy page for more information.

 

Yes. All Bluetooth speakers and audio products purchased from our store come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers defects in materials or workmanship only.
What isn’t covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
